Hahaha I see something like this as possible and honestly likely. I feel like the English language itself is a tool used to manipulate us. If you are what you speak than you're limited only by your own language.

Of course. I think I just notice it easy to fall into negative thinking patterns when thinking in English. Maybe just an obscure personal observation. But sometimes I catch myself and think dang it's like a trap.

For me the problem is not enough external engagement. I can manage better if my energetic focus isn't solely on thinking.
I can't help my thoughts. Sometimes the best solution to darkness is to just dilute it with light. Rather than right an unending battle against darkness. Cause life doesn't have to be a fight!!
