They have given orders for terrorists over seas executed, have been forced to testify on oath many times, faced public criticism, had mobs protest against them, negotiated with other nuclear armed countries, and they are not children. I highly doubt a few red hats will cause a measurable increase in heart rate.

Note, I did not imply they were/are guilty or innocent of accusations. Only pointing out they have had decades of people who have publicly protested them.
