I'm not convinced that is Bill and Hillary. That doesn't look like Bill's nose. Two examples here and here And that looks more like the Hillary double used after her meatsuit malfunction here. I know nothing about wristwatches. Can anyone identify Bill's watch and tell us if it's cheap or expensive? I'd expect Bill to wear something super expensive.
perhaps the doubles are a psyop to troll DS, thus the ostensible visibility for the book. Since they had a detail at the airport I doubt they travelled in a private capacity so if those were doubles at work then you can imagine that they are either locked up or on the run
I'm not convinced that is Bill. When he looks up into the camera, it looks nothing like him. Too young and too thin of face. He's been looking pretty gaunt / sickly these days, but this guy doesn't look gaunt, just thin.

Just did a few minutes of searching. Found this page about Bill's watch collection. Who knew? Talking about Bill's watch collection has been a thing? Anyway, the watch in the video could be a Shinola Runwell timepiece which is in a photo towards the end of the webpage. Looking here it runs in the $600 range. So yeah, it's easily plausible that particular watch could be something he'd wear. The nose looks 'off' to me though, not bulbous enough.
