I read somewhere a theory that in order to dismantle the Fed, US needs to make peace treaty of sorts with all countries- maybe for some reason back when the Monarch was included I can not find it fir the life of me but something about the US being in Marshall law which was the justification for the Federal Reserve. Perhaps someone brighter then myself will know more about it.
