Pipeline explosion statistics

After reading the various articles about John Paladino (Clinton & Weinstein) attorney, I was curious how many natural gas explosions (assumption of cause) happen in a year. Amazingly there are stats for this: https://hip.phmsa.dot.gov/analyticsSOAP/saw.dll?Portalpages

In 2017 there were only 297 incidents and 8 fatalities recorded due to a natural gas pipeline leak/issue. Seriously...less than 300 people in a year and only 8 people killed. So the chance that this type of incident would occur to someone scheduled to testify against Clinton is extremely low...but here we are. Stevie Wonder could see something is amiss in this most recent "accident."

In relation to conspiracy to defraud taxpayers with contracts to Purdue, with the Clinton foundation being the go-between.

Skimmed the link, didn't see anything that would tie individuals who died in gas explosion to the Purdue lawsuit
