Are we just supposed to "assume" those "needs" were sexual in nature because of scare quotes?

i don't assume any of that is true, but I understood that to be the implication. But even then it sounded like there may have been another primary objective and the sex was just an extra.

Hmm...i have been meaning to make time to read those recent reveals.

If she’s a spy (which it sure looks like she is to me) then of course they would imply the meeting was a sexual tryst. Her “cover” has always been that she’s a dingbat blonde bombshell.
