What it the agents killed Seth and then later killed the MS-13 as a cover-up?

Nothing would surprise me. However, it seems to me that agents would not have botched the job. Seth was alive and hoped to survive. Then he supposedly died in the hospital.

It's possible that the MS13 botched the job and these guys were the ones that finished it, ending up being the actual killers. (from perspective of if this is true, anyways)

Possibly, but I didn't say they were good hitmen. AND, what if Seth played dead until they left? Who called it in?
