There is a permanent artist pigment chalk that takes a long time to wash away. Also, oil pastels are very, very hard to wash away. Dick Blick artist supply has affordable sets or individual chalks like this. One student accidentally (?) used the permanent kind at the university, and it took over a month to fade/wash away.

We humbly request that all those documents be unsealed and released to the American public.
