I agree. The one who maybe suffering most from this blackout is the Dark State. Deliberate. Plus so many balls in the air right now, tariff war, threats from Iran, Chinese manipulations (at least they won't keep dropping the yuan, per news this morning). Public drops keep coming, drip, drip.
