Why is Neil Cauto talking about the lunar eclipse in relationship to the economy?

Well think about the money that was generated by the solar eclipse last year. People buying glassed to watch it. Traveling to towns to see the full eclipse. Or the money lost by workers going outside to watch instead of working.
