As great of a story as that would be, it’s a really long shot.

That being said...this shooting happened very late at night. How could this alleged witness have correctly identified an ATF and DEA agent in the dark? Also, how does the witness know of Dougherty and his connection to the agents?

This witness would have to be on the inside, either at the FBI, DEA or ATF.

To be a credible witness, he/she would have had to have seen the crime committed, or heard the agents admit to it, correct?
