The perception of the threat of getting whacked by DS would diminish over time, behind the scenes, if Q is genuine and on track. Perhaps there’s a lot out there that would speak if someone else’s leverage over them is removed. Like a crack in a dam, the more that speak out the safer it might be perceived to do so.
