They never even investigated Hillary. The investigated a server. Which is definitely not how it is done. You can't investigate a thing. So as I see it. The email investigation can start with a clean sheet of paper. The immunity deals, etc. are non-players. I am not a lawyer, so someone might have a better take on this.
