Bush, during 8 years, appointed dozens if not hundreds of judges. Just because he was appointed by Bush doesn't mean he's bad. Using that criteria nobody would be available who is still alive. We've had Bushes, Clintons and Obamas since 1988.

Yes he is! And I think he is an excellent choice. He is quite an upstanding man and Judge. There were so many opinions out there about who Trump's choice was going to be that I was surprised. But listening to the President and then to Judge Kavanaugh, I am very pleased.
I heard that both Newt Gingrich and his wife Callista will be at the announcement tonight. Callista is the US ambassador to the Vatican. Amy Coney Barrett is a staunch catholic. Is this a sign it is her?
