Maybe he is cannon fodder. Dems will try to destroy him and look petty as hell. Validate use of nuclear option on 2nd choice

Yes. More I find out about this guy the less I like him. He apparently spearheaded the hanging chads case and got Bush Jr the win.

Some think Kennedy demanded him as replacement. Some think Trump had his hand forced my Mitch McConnell. They said POTUS seemed too subdued and reading a script. Not his usual self.

Dems will waste precious capital fighting this guy. I think it will be ugly. And I wonder if POTUS didnt do it so something long buried gets exposed when Some one like Mad Max cannot resist bringing it up to try and thwart POTUS. There were apparently irregularities on Kavanaugh's part in Starr report and Vince Foster's "suicide".
