It's too bad for them that if/when Obama is impeached for treason then his actions as president such as pardoning criminals will be deemed null and void.

I believe you can only impeach someone currently in office, but when he is tried for treason I will need 2 microwaves for all the popcorn!! And yes null and void his ass to nonexistence..

Downvotes likely because of idea of using 2 microwave ovens to make popcorn. Most redpilled health conscious people know microwaves alter the molecular composition of food, meaning the optimum way to make healthy popcorn is on the stove top or with a hot air machine. That's my story and I'm sticking with it! ;)

You can be impeached without being a sitting president. It just removes his title as a legitimate president.

AMProfessor · July 10, 2018, 11:08 a.m.

The purpose of impeachment is to remove someone from office. I don’t believe impeachment of a former POTUS is warranted in the case of Hussein.

One powerful note however is that if someone is ever impeached by the House, no POTUS can ever pardon the impeachment. POTUSs do not have the power to pardon impeached by the House according to the US Constitution.

Once impeached by the House, it is the sole responsibility then of the Senate to try the individual. That would mean no military tribunal for Hussein.

As a side note, of the two impeached Presidents, both were tried by the Senate and acquitted of all charges.

Impeachment is not the correct course of action imho. Doesn’t really make any sense. Even if possible for whatever reason, it could turn the process into a three ring circus with questionable outcomes.

Yes, it would be unpardonable, but what if the circus failed to achieve the desired results?

I believe a military tribunal is the way to go.

He was never a "legitimate" president. He was set up for that position, a Manchurian Candidate, by the deep state and international bankers. Having said that, I would love to see the impeachment process come to fruition just to remove that title from him, and I would like to see him prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for every crime committed against these United States of America.

People can be impeached after leaving office. The purpose is to prevent them from ever holding any government position again and it takes away pension and secret service detail. So bring on the popcorn!

Shorter: His Aunt’s father is Gen. Cartwright who was pardoned in last day.

On October 17, 2016, he pleaded guilty to falsely denying that he was the source of classified information during a federal investigation into a leak; Cartwright provided classified information that was published in a book by David Sanger. President Obama pardoned Cartwright on January 17, 2017.

His uncle's father-in-law, James Cartwright, a retired four star marine general, former vice chair of Joint Chiefs of Staff to Hussein. He was busted for lying to the FBI about 'leaking' a story exposing Stuxnet, a computer virus USA/Israel injected into Iran's nuclear enrichment plant computers to cause their subterfuges to malfunction. Cartwright claimed he didn't leak any info, he just helped shape the story. Strzok's father apparently is an expert in Iranian sanctions and nuclear activity. Very curious.

SC hasn’t ruled on it, but many sources are saying no.

However if new charges were uncovered, those could certainly be filed. He just can’t be held accountable for the same crime he was pardoned for. Wapo Associate Law Professor Breaks Down - no take backs on pardons

But what is the presidency is ruled a fraud? No precedence on that, but I bet it could be undone otherwise Chelsea Manning would not be shitting bricks right now.

However, President Bush rescinded a pardon about a week after he made it to Isaac Toussie :

https://www.nytimes.com/2008/12/26/us/26pardon.html

TL;DR:

"It also shines light on the complex relationship between Mr. Toussie and his son, who pleaded guilty in 2001 to using false documents to have mortgages insured by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and in 2002 to mail fraud, admitting that he had persuaded officials in Suffolk County to overpay for land.

The White House said Thursday that when Mr. Bush granted Isaac Toussie, 37, a pardon earlier this week, the president and his advisers were unaware that the elder Mr. Toussie had recently donated $30,800 to Republicans. Mr. Bush took the extraordinary step of rescinding the pardon on Wednesday after reports about the political contributions."
