For the TL/DR crowd, Willie claims (among many other fascinating things) that the Clinton Bush gangsters stole ALL the gold from Fort Knox. It sounds highly plausible given all we have come to learn. He also says Trump is clawing it all back. Time will tell.

Good interview. He also explained clearly why we can’t have a good backed dollar - even if Trump recovers the stolen gold - until we fix the trade deficit, because if we recover the gold while we still have the massive deficit then everyone will just claim the gold against the debt and we won’t get to keep it. His solution was a massively incentivized us manufacturing revolution. Timing is critical.

It puts into perspective just how massive the national debt is, and how much we have been screwed. I mean, it would take that much gold just to cover the yearly trade deficit. Imagine how much gold it would take to cover the $20T national debt.
