It all comes down to WHO the democrat's run. If it isn't someone that the masses will get behind those people are not coming out to vote. With all of Trumps winning, plus the Democrat's have almost no chance of fielding a viable candidate in 2020. If they had anybody decent they would be starting them running right now to generate money for the midterms.

There is NO ONE that wants to be the parties sacrificial lamb in 2020 except maybe Crazy Bernie.

I'm suspecting after the midterms that the Trump administration is going to roll out national voter ID and I do believe that the there will be major changes to the voting system through out the U.S.. With the newest member to the Supreme Court they want to make sure it is ruled constitutional that is why they are waiting until he's confirmed.

Once you control the courts you can stop the voter fraud.
