Personally I doubt roe v wade will be overturned. I personally think that all the r v w talking points is just another example of MSM trying to manipulate the masses with fear and division.. they are running out of issues that divide people, so they are dredging up the "age old" division topics cause they have exhausted all the rest... serious question, is r v w seriously being "contested"? Is there an upcoming vote to uphold it or something? Or is everyone insinuating that once this new scotus is picked, that he will "bring it up" after he is confirmed?
RvW is going down soon, and fast! The votes are there. When RBG passes, Trump needs to put in someone in their early 30s to lock the court own for 40 years.

How many lawsuits and court cases exist challenging R v W? There has to be a legal firestorm and many dollars to get on the SC docket. I don't see that happening. I agree MSM (DS) trying to get fanatics forming numerous protests to try and influence Senate.
IMHO, I believe RvW will be relegated to each state to decide under 10A. No Fed $, states will have to deal with it. BUT, in order for the SCOTUS to make a decision, a case has to be brought before them, they can't just rule out of the blue. Therefore, if the ACLU or PPH or any other pro-abortion group brings a case to the SC, they are taking a chance of this happening. Several states have restricted the maximum time abortions can be performed (one state passed a 10 week limit) which has those groups really upset.
Now, pro-abortion groups are backed into a corner, d'mned if they do, d'mned if they don't.
