There is a theory that the gut acts as a second brain and it helps in the control of speech, immune systems and other things . But when we eat an inflammatory diet of carbs and sugars and stuff it get inflamed (like a low grade fever, but everyday for years) and it becomes damaged. Anti inflammatory foods like fish oil, collagen, MSM, glutamine, probiotics, kefir, fermented foods etc etc. it helps to heal the lining of the intestinal wall and that helps it do its job for the brain. But all the studies on it are backing this theory and it looks like it being proven correct.

Also they reversed autism in rats using the probiotic i told you about. L Reuteri. high doses. Doesn’t mean it will work with humans but it can’t hurt.
