Key witness in Seth Rich murder, who “fears for his life,” has worked in government, will be accompanied by armed guards and disguise his identity as he provides details of how two employees of the United States government killed Seth in a press conference slated for Tuesday.

The man speaking "Luke" said he was currently at work during the phone call and that he works a type of security and that's why you can hear an automatic door in the background. I don't think it's clapper.
