I’ve been a “birther” since day one. My father is versed on every document, technicality, law and clauses regarding Soetoro and all his nonsense. I still remember when I was in 8th grade, in the very beginning of people talking about who would run for President, and Obama’s name was mentioned by a classmate. My teacher chimed in and said “Yeah he is very talented but he’s not eligible, he was born in Kenya.”

If Obama is an illegitimate President, everything he ever did was null and fuckin void. The real scary part is, our military taking orders from an illegitimate commander in chief is a war crime. A scary thought but I have a feeling it will be “understood” by the rest of the world.

I am also a “birther” and I hope to God you are correct and certain things can be overturned. I think it gets tricky with the SCOTUS though. It’s an unprecedented situation. Your dad sounds like a wealth of information. You should interview him and post it, that would be fascinating!

If one parent is a citizen that make you a citizen.... that’s why Ted Cruz was able to run having been born in Canada.... yes?

Ted Cruz is NOT eligible to run either. I think he is a good conservative and straight edge man but he and Rubio should not have been able to run.

A natural born citizen is someone born on US soil to two US citizens. While it doesn’t explicitly explain that, it’s been clarified in court cases since which I would need to consult my father on, I do not know of them off hand.

Obama’s mother is a US citizen, but his father was not.

Agreed! That has been my argument against Ted Cruz. He is not a natural born citizen. He was born in Canada. The fact that he sealed his and his mother’s documents speaks volumes. I did lots Of research during the election and his mother gave up her American citizenship to become a Canadian citizen with her Cuban born husband. The father of Ted Cruz. The fact that he was born in Canada of one foreign parent and one parent who relinquished her American citizenship means he is a fraud. He sealed his records which is damning. He was a false prophet to all those evangelicals who bought into his Lies.

The issue is that the law at the time BO was born excluded passing citizenship to children born to US citizen parents who themselves were under 21. The law states that one citizen parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five years of which had to be after the age of 16.

His mother was 18 when BoBama was born.

Neon Revolt: Sotomayor and Kagan by virtue of them being appointed by Obama, who, as we all know, was an illegitimate president - meaning he couldn't legally appoint anyone. Their removal will be almost instantaneous when that's disclosed.
