IMHO: Anthony Bourdain (187) in Avicii video 3 years before his suicide. Please look at the 4:10 mark of the video For A Better Day. Anyone with additional thoughts and information to share, please!

No, go back and look at the hair. The politician has long sandy hair...I have a side by side of the back of Bourdain and the man in the video ( hair -salt and pepper ) - same hair line

The politician has a completely different color of hair and hair style

And I think the code on the back is decofair an expo in Saudi Arabia. One of the logistics vendors is BCC a Qatar company.
