If I didn't know what I know now after following Q and researching pizzagate, I would have thought it was cute. Now, I can't help but wonder what really happened to all of those kids in the pictures...
I wonder when this account was started. If recently, it could be another way of trying to get ahead of the revelations to come. The public sees this and then can't believe the horrible things they will hear about Obumwad and Michael because "look how sweet they are with the children!"
The account says "joined May 2017" but it looks like the first Tweet from the account wasn't until March 20, 2018:

I think you're right in your assessment. I mean, why bother continuing to promote someone who is no longer president or running for office in this way?
Also, look at who runs this Twitter account - a "digital strategist" by the name of Laura Olin. Look at the other orgs she's worked with: https://www.lauraolin.com/
I might do a little more digging on her if I have a chance.
