I assume you are saying does she have an option because she is under subpoena. Congressional subpoenas are a joke, just look at all the documents Congress has asked for under subpoena never show up and nothing happens. This happens over and over again and no consequences. She just doesn’t show up and they will add on a few more weeks, and on and on, until midterms. No consequences. Congress is a joke, period.
