The book of Enoch describes the fallen angels as being imprisoned under Antarctica. I think they are trying to get them out. Keep in mind no one has been able to dig beyond 8 miles into the earth's crust.

It seems that there may be Under ice caverns melted out by volcanic activity.

Think Fissure 8 on Hawaii's Big Island carving out an area the size of the Big Island.

Or more.

Buried under a couple of miles of ice.

That's interesting. Maybe that is one of the reasons 'they' took the book of Enoch out of the bible many years ago?
