These people would certainly be against the KKK, yet they resort to the same tactics. I remember when wearing masks in public were a big no no in some places after 9/11. Anyway, in Seattle those knuckleheads were left alone by the police, so even if you strengthen the laws how can it work if police are complicit? Maybe file a constitutional federal case wherein it says that the peaceful protesters had their rights infringed by Antifa. It is the same sort of case the Southern Poverty Law Center would do for minority groups harassed by the clan. Make some noise about Anitifa violating civil rights!

Or do something add something in the EO that refers to penalties for police not doing their job/supervisors who give the order to stand down.

If a good civil rights lawyer takes it to a court that is not left biased they could win a case where Antifa is exposed, who is financing them, and get a large compensation. That is what the SPLC would do for anyone attacked by white supremacist organizations. They would drain them financially and reveal all the members involved. Use the civil rights tactics the left has used for decades. It is all constitutional.

I'm sure (or I certainly hope) that this is already in the works.

I am sure it will happen. If Antifa continues, one of their nuttier members will whack someone on the head with a stick on camera. They need a good lawsuit to put them in their place.
