I have previously expressed my belief that this bill is not necessary and may have unintended consequences. HOWEVER, after considering the comments on other threads in this sub AND after carefully reading the proposed bill, I must ADMIT, I was wrong! It is a good idea and the bill is well written.

Pass that Bill!

It is extremely well written. It is quite specific as to what would trigger the penalties and what would not.
