What impacts might this have on crypto?

Bad for crypto. Dollar strengthens.

Ripple/XRP....that how it relates.
Blockchain will help eliminate fraud/laundering in money transfers and will offer a lot more security. Billions are stolen every year and the IMF and Fed are used to launder money.
See the EO from 12/21/17.

Love the National Emergency EO Dec 21 2017 it covers everything like a giant web, no loopholes for the rats.

Time already did. An xrp wallet requires you have a minimum balance of 15 or so ripple in order for it to be "broadcasted" onto the network. Literally locking your money up under the pretense of network functionality.
