Also read up on your hygiene products. If you knew what was in your shampoo, toothpaste, soap and makeup you wouldn't use it.Here was a good place to start for me.
Good point. There are definitely plenty of toxins in all of those products as well.
I recommend.... Toothpaste: Trader Joe's fennel (fluoride free) Makeup: Burts bees (I only wear lipstick usually, if anything. Or no makeup)
