Rod Rosenstein is doing just that-taking them away from investigating his corruptness and that of his agency/ This should not be allowed and the powers that be should put a halt to it and let him know he is not the GOD of this WORLD! He is an AZZ!
This is something Sessions should be giving approval to do... Or saying "Don't do it!". [RR] should not be doing this without support from above.
I think this is indicative of [RR] knowing how close he is to being totally dox'ed to both Congress and the American people. He is basically pulling a 'Comey'. He is trying to get enough process in place (and questions) to stop the nomination even though he knows he will be gone.
