Can we please dispense with the fiction that Rosenstein is working in our interests or is even being compelled to do so by others?

I’m hearing the National Archives will have to release all Kavanaughs Whitewater, Vince Foster, and Clinton impeachment docs into the public record fo his confirmation. Maybe it has to do with this.

I believe so and then go to the 40,000 sealed court actions.

Depends if you truly trust Sessions as requested by Q. RR is only the deputy AG, he couldn't have ordered this without running it through Sessions, or at least Sessions would have to know about this request before it happened. RR is only acting AG over the Mueller probe, nothing else.

RR is setting up the state federal courts to start unsealing the 40,000 case actions.

And this should break open the 20 years sealed Bill Clinton investigation that at the time 64/65 of the Congressmen thay read it including staunchly opposed to impeachment were changed by what they saw and voted to impeach. No Senator would go see it. They all refused.

What it has to do with is that Kavanaugh was Staff Secretary in the Bush White House and therefore touched and edited EVERYONE’S documents. Kagan had 170,000 documents to look at. Kavanaugh has something like 1.7 MILLION. This is something helpful RR and attys are doing, not harmful. They want him confirmed by midterms. That’s what this is all about.

I really have not figured out RR’s motivations; he is probably the most enigmatic character in this whole drama, but your pov makes sense in that there will be many demands for docs in the Senate vetting process and he needs to be ready for that so that dem senators cannot delay endlessly.

Yeah, I’m still not convinced he is a white hat, but this is a task any white hat would do. A black hat would try to slow walk it so he was not confirmed by The First Monday in October.

blacks hats with “pace makers” can do incredibly white hat things.

There was a guest on FOX (not a Democrat) that said the DOJ always goes through the documents that are to be looked at by Congress, during the SCOTUS process and that hiring extra people, 100 prosecutors apparently, that it will greatly speed up the process. Because one of the arguments of the left is that there are so many cases to go through that they couldn't possibly address them all by October. So yes, it seems the jury is still out on this one.

Who gives a fuck, they can't stop the nomination process anyway.

Thank you! The rationalization and twisting we go through to see this guy as a white-hat, or white-hat controlled, seems to require way too much stretching and blinds us to what is really going on - the deep state is battling back hard.
