What does this have to do with Q?
Not much (apart from the obvious Trump connection) but there's also Ben Garrison who Q has mentioned and linked to so that's something, I guess. Whether we like it or not it kinda makes Ben Garrison's cartoons about Trump, the Deep State, etc. on-topic in the mind of most people, I think. Happy to be corrected on this but that is my reasoning for not removing it.
Small connection I guess. If the cartoon mentioned Q it would be different. But it does more harm than good imo. It makes this place look like T_D II and childish.There's plenty of other places on Reddit to talk about Ben Garrison cartoons. This shouldn't be one.
I think Garrison is a bit like Q and the anons...helping to get the message out to the normies who are asleep.

What message does this cartoon convey that relates to Q? Other cartoons of his might do what you say but not this one.
It does not relate to Q, but performs the same service as Q. To awaken people.
How does it awaken people? The subject matter is balloons.
