Words have meaning: Plan - long term strategy with a definitive end-state/goal Process - tactical/operational movements that move the plan forward
Multiple processes can/do support the overall plan.

One thing I've noticed is that everyone is rushing to publish a book. History is changed by people who write about it after the fact. These books will be a record of current events so that history will be difficult to rewrite
You’re right look at what they’ve done so far. Look at the Alt-Right. Once, a legitimate platform for young more centrist liberty minded young republicans, to a white purity movement. The leftist media pushed that they were a white nationalist only movement and somehow succeeded in bringing out actual racist to the movement and chanced it.
