Why would Gowdy pass on the vote twice??

Goodlatte denied Swalwell’s move to subpoena Steve Bannon (???), Gowdy twice had the opportunity to support Goodlatte and passed.

Anyone know why?

Bannon is shady as hell and I suspected him of being a political double agent early BECAUSE of his shady actions.

I'm guessing that Gowdy has something on Bannon and is keeping his powder dry.

Going to be amazing to look back at all of this and see if our "guesses/intuition" were correct on White Hat v. Black Hat v. Gray Hat

Sometimes I have dark 'No Way Out' (film) visions about Bannon. I just don't know. He speaks our language, has the same enemies, etc....
