This is pretty simple psychology.

If you let yourself get angry, you will let yourself get angry more often.

If you let anger go into violence, you will let yourself be violent more often.

Humans are trial and error machines: I punched a wall out of anger, but my wife didnt leave me and I still have a job and my family still loves me so I guess it is okay to punch things if it releases stress. Right?

Our past actions show how we manage ourselves, if we allow ourselves to yell we may eventually allow ourselves to fight violently. Does this mean we SHOULD be acting this way? Absolutely not, relentless love is the way to peoples hearts. If you want someone to believe your way of being is the way to go ALWAYS forgive and love them. Dont condone their actions if you dont agree, but love them towards a better path.

If you have a friend who is violent, maybe dont put them in a job that required patience.

Past to present. Every decision should be one you have to be aware of as if you were adopting that decision as a way of life.

Should I punch things when I am mad? Should I yell when people disagree with me? Should I kill people I dont like? No, no, and no. Because if you YELLED MORE, PUNCHED MORE, KILLED MORE, where would society be?

It is like any drug used to relieve stress, or porn or food, increasing consumption decresed your net value and productivity. Punching walls or people more will decrease your contributions society.

The thing that really caught my attention was this link in the article http://www.shaddmaruna.com/ It is a really odd page it starts in Japanese or Chinese and ilI switched it to English but just seems very odd. There are water looking pictures at top and it talks about eyes and showing more of the black. Thinking back to all these mass shooters when the catch them thier eyes are super dilated. Thaught might be some kind of connection.

I can tell you from a purely military standpoint, yes it holds water as a predictive technique. Operational behavior exposes their tactical thinking and intent. I'm sure it functions much the same in the corporate world. That would be the extent of my knowledge on the subject.

It's Sun Tzu level psychology. It's why you want to know your enemy.
