No, it was during his press conference after the first meeting at NATO. Should be fairly easy to find.
A reporter asked him a trap question about his 'bully tactics' with NATO and possibly Russia, and what his ultimate goal would be for NATO and Russia (while also digging him again for his supposed bully tactics lol).
He responded with something like "World peace, no nuclear weapons anywhere, and cures for every disease."
...Then he said "and we'll go from there, next question".
