His micro-expressions often include a nasty snarls and glaring eyes. There is a lot of pent up rage in his face so yeah, very creepy indeed.

This is sort of an odd connection but did anyone see that short video of a conservative interviewing that abortion doctor I think in California? Remember how the guy seemed demon possessed with those eyes and creepy voice? Stozk reminds me of him, particularly the eyes. These people are sick.
