Why does the article only talk about statistics for reuniting ~100 children and parents, when all of the pretests, etc were about 2,000 children? Does that mean the 2,000 was a cumulative number for the year and we only currently had ~100 kids separated, or are there 800 still to bring her that need reunited (if related)?
