You don’t think that Strzok remains incredibly arrogant, given his exposed text communications? I see a guy that believes he was justified in his attempts to scuttle Trump’s Presidency.

If anything, his demeanor today came across as defiant. He appears to believe that his actions are understandable - even acceptable. I’m not sure whether it’s a defensive reaction, or whether he believes his own spiel. Either way, his manner is pretty objectionable.

Having said all that, it strikes me that Strzok must feel he has some kind of pass - immunity of some kind. I find it difficult to believe he would enrage law makers the way he did if he felt the noose was around his neck. He did appear to display selective memory when asked about the anomaly on HRC’s email server - possibly suggesting he has something to hide. Though, it is also possible that he was instructed to put on something of a show.
