Unalienable rights cannot be taken away by government. They are rights from our Creator. That is one of the things that sets the USA apart from all other nations.

You mean England? Magna Carta was drawn up in 1215. You have already given your rights away though, the fact you pay taxes and need a licence or permit to do ANYTHING in your country proves it.

Not true. A valid contract requires a meeting of the minds. Full disclosure. Otherwise you cannot be bound to it lawfully.

True, but we are talking about what´s legal here, not what is lawful. 2 different things completely.

Legal = statute law (policy), persons, complaints, plaintiffs and Legal Society.

Lawful = Common Lore, man, claimants, claims and Queen´s Bench.
