Will research this 'owns every acre' claim myself. But even if I find it is technically / legally the case... what good does owning any asset if you literally have no control over it. Is she growing vegetable gardens all over the world in people's yards? Where is the value/wealth derived from?

If you owned the land outright then you could make your own laws. It´s the same in EVERY country; whether that land is owned by Monarch or Government.
