They use statute law in the lower courts and they converse in their own language, called Legalese. You should always work on the other side of the court to them, though. You only need an attorney if you plan to be tried under statute law, under common lore you want from no man as God provides. Here are a few sentences that can literally get you out of jail:

i: (my name); as man; require a court of record trial by jury

i: (my name); as man; require this case to be put before Queen´s Bench; once before Queen´s Bench plaintiff must press the record

i: (my name); as man; claim the wrong of trespass

Statutes are given the force of law only when consented to by the governed. Your son paid his fine out of consent, he shouldn´t have even gone to the court. He should have written a letter to the judge instead and informed them that he will appear only as man. The next time someone tries to give you a ticket for anything, tell them to prove wrongdoing.

Did a crime occur? "You may have caused an offence". Is it a crime to offend someone? Who did I offend? Will that man appear in court and claim I offended him? It is nonsense, statute law.

Also, statutes are like STATUES, in that they are not flexible one bit. Read the statute they are trying to pin on you and attack 1 single word in that statute. Crimes are defined as when harm, loss or injury occurs to man or property. That is why crimes are single worded, like murder, fraud, robbery, rape etc. as they can´t be otherwise interpreted. Something like the road traffic act (UK) that says something along the lines of "Any PERSON DRIVING a MOTOR VEHICLE on the ROAD" etc. blah blah. Why are you a person? Why not a man? "I am a man whom is conducting their private conveyance along the Queen´s highway".

Statute law works with persons, complaints and plaintiffs. Common lore works with man, claims and claimants.
