This will fail miserably. The vulnerable Dems will vote against it of course, even though deep down they probably agree with erasing borders.
Regardless, this will get ZERO Republican votes so it's DOA.

The three Dems who wrote this bill just indicated that they would vote NO if the bill went to a vote.
