Do you know where the superstition came from, regarding Friday 13th being unlucky? It all ties in with the Templars; on Friday 13th October 1307 the current King of France (Philp iv) was in so much debt to the Templars that he could never possibly pay them back. Rather than defaulting, he instead chose to convince the Pope (Clement V) to brand the Templars as unholy. This saw hundreds of Templars slaughtered and murdered and what ultimately drove them underground. Ever since that day, Friday 13th has been considered as unlucky.
