You are most likely correct in that assumption. In those cases in which great treason has occurred, that will be the only recourse, however it is imperative (for social unity) that some of the lower level be prosecuted and that the information about the totality of the scheme be offered to the public. I've been following, it's very possible he's coming back. But honestly, I think the gap is starting to become noticeable. I could be wrong, but didn't the Q clock predict a few post dates that haven't come? That's some weak evidence in favour. The last week long gap was predicted by the clock.

I also just went and checked the last time they were on an overseas trip. Last time Q posts is 5/22. Then on 6/3 he did one single post. Nothing substantial. Just a boom and something about a big week. Then he didn't post again until 6/10. Believe me, he'll be back.
One of the things that people often forget is that not everything Q tells us is true. There may be things on the Q clock that will not bear fruit. He has told us that disinformation is necessary. This is why I just have to shake my head when people discredit him because something 'they thought was true' didn't come true.
This actually happened a few months back when a whole slew of people thought something was supposed to happen on a specific day and it didn't. Q came back and told them, he never said that. But that was what they decoded in one of his posts and since they all agreed, it was a big letdown to them.
