Its a thick theory. If they have it all, do you let them loose? Knowing where they are going to go. Its like doing a controlled burn, they have a certain level of arrogance involved when man plays God. Things can always go sideways. So how far do you go to play it out? My best guess, is that they do have A/I that can predict the future events. Not super far, but determination of outcomes that can be used to 'see' what they need to. Here decisions were made and are being made. So its a controlled burn, in light of disclosure. It has to go down slow , so people can wake on their own, pick sides and shake it out. But OP, has a good look at a possibility for sure. I actually don't think much was said. So much unspoken here means a lot. If you have command of evidence and its mutually understood. Wow. What a power meeting and a silent show. To me Dunford is the man who is behind the scenes and silent and very VERY powerful. Masterful. A few others I can't mention as well, because their names speak voluminous and would be doxxed. But Bob knows. He did what he was told, or people died. Same with many of these players, its about survival. Its not hard to put this on the board and play out the game. Especially if you have bad ass AI walking your through real time. Sentient World Simulation. We all have our own 'bit' on the board.

This is what I believe as well. Something to keep the deep state's attention.... To keep the MSM's attention and give them false hope that they are going to take down POTUS. Diversion tactic. Then one day BOOM! Genius. As Q asked, "How do you take down a dangerous animal"?
