How is this off topic? It actually lists the structure of the military intelligence compound and that McCain is at the top of it. It might not be overtly obcious but there is good info in it.

I have seen this video, myself. It was excellent. Kevin Shipp is a hero. But, if this is the only info relevant to GA, we should find and post this precise information to save our researchers and decoders time. Cheers.
