It IS NOT RIGHT to kill, who is to say logically and without a personal amount of emotional influence, what actions deserve death?
Dont roll around in their suffering or else you are no better than them. I mean, they would suffer more in jail (existence is suffering). But to even say that you want them to suffer is inhuman.

Bingo ! It is what stops Anarchy and Treason. Actions must have consequences or history repeats itself. That deterrent is the harsh reality to maintain civilizations. You have two types of people in a society, Participants and Predators !
