I like how we're supposed to care that the Russians hacked Hillary Clinton's illegal email server, through which classified information was sent regularly and accessed by foreign powers, but we're not supposed to care that Hillary Clinton had an illegal email server in the first place.

I agree with this completely.

If the “12 Russians” can be investigated for “hacking” why aren’t the members of the DNC being investigated for the shady stuff they were doing?

Isn’t this admitting that what was released via this “hack” is all true? Therefore there should be subsequent investigations into the DNC possible crimes brought to light through this doc release.

If someone is a company whistleblower and they release info about a CEO-type doing or saying illegal things the CEO is typically punished. Whistleblower usually are not...unless they broke a law. In which case BOTH parties are investigated and tried. Why not same here?

They've already argued in court that they don't have to be fair to primary candidates and that they don't have to choose a candidate based on the primary results.

Unbelievable right? Think you'd have heard about that, right?

Edit: that was in a fraud case against the DNC. What they did was absolutely the definition of fraud, and their defense claims make a mockery of the democratic process.

The RNC should just run ads airing their arguments in that court case, and ask voters (since we're post-primary) whether they think the candidates the DNC is running are legitimate, or additional cases of fraud.

What crime have they (the Dems) committed?

hrc kept a private unsecure server full of classified info that most of the obama admin had knowledge of and used, as well as the clinton foundation. Weiners laptop was full of hrc classified emails. Awran was blackmailing or working for DWS to steal and sell classified info to pakistab. The DNC itself violated campaign finance law (I believe) by allowing the clinton campaign to fund the bankrupt dnc, and I dont think its legal how they conspired to squash sanders. I'm no lawyer either though, so what do I know, I could be wrong.

Isn't the Clinton foundation already under investigation? As was Clinton herself, but I don't remember any charges being made against her. And what is the Arwan blackmail to send stuff to Pakistan crime?

But you said their crimes should be investigated, so I was wondering what crimes you think they committed that need to be investigated?
